I got this in a size L/XL because I thought it would fit like the thick seamless too but I was wrong, I should have sized down because it's SUPER stretchy and I'm only a b cup lol but I wear none padded bras or sports underneath so it helps! But if y'all have small boobies but are usually a large in tops I'd size down!
