      We want you to be happy with your items! Live Fabulously was created to make our customers feel and look good. If that isn't the case, return your first return on us!

      You have 30 days from the date you receive your package to return your items. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a Live Fabulously E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. 

      Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility after their first return, except for your first return. We will cover the cost of the label. The cost of a return label after your first return is $7.95. We currently only offer return labels for U.S. domestic returns. International orders the customer is responsible for the return label.

      Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

      Live Fabulously reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

      • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
      • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
      • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

      Similarly, Live Fabulously reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above. 

      Non-Live Fabulously items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.

      Wardrobing & Excessive Returns

      Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations in which a customer's return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity or wardrobing. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject our customers, but we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all #LiveFabulously customers across the globe. 

      Final Sale Items

      All items ending in $.97 & $.98 are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be returned for store credit. Additionally, cosmetics & beauty products, bodysuits, swimsuits, and/or undergarments are non-returnable. In the event of an unauthorized return, Live Fabulously reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for bodysuits, swimsuits, undergarments, or final sale items.

      Exchanges

      Because we can't ensure our customer's will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to the distribution center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. We will issue you a store credit via an E-Gift card once we've received your return. That way, you may use the E-Gift card towards the correct item/size or for another item. 

      Damaged Items

      If your item is damaged please reach out to us through email at Help@LiveFabulously.biz and we will gladly fix the problem as soon as possible. Please do so within 5 days of receiving your package.

      Return by Mail

      If you do not want to return your item by using one of our shipping labels please email us at returns@livefabulously.biz to request the use of your own label.

      When returning pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached (if applicable). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. We do not accept returns on bodysuits, bodysuit dresses, swimwear, undergarments, or final sale items (those items ending in $.97 & $.98). The cost of a return label after your first return is $7.95.

      All return shipping charges must be prepaid or processed through our return portal. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return via USPS Flat Rate with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages when sending the package outside our return portal.

      Credit

      Store credit via E-Gift Card for your returned item(s) will be processed once they are received at our distribution center. Please allow 1-3 business days for your return to process once it is received in our distribution center. Your E-gift card covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. Live Fabulously does not credit original shipping charges unless it is your first return. We cover the cost of the label on first returns only. The cost of a return label after your first return is $7.95.

      Stale Returns

      Live Fabulously requires items to be returned within 30 days of original receipt. Returns received in our distribution center after 30 days are considered stale returns. Stale returns by mail are subject to being rejected and returned the sender. Alternatively, if the cost returning the item to your attention exceeds the then current value of the item, Live Fabulously will apply a 50% restocking fee to the item(s) when processed in our distribution center. An E-Gift card for the remaining balance will be issued following our normal returns process.
